SDM: Normalize mapped FBT destination rect There is a possibility on non-terminating decimal when FBT is mapped to mixer width. Normalize the mapped rect to avoid non integral destination rect. Change-Id: Ida3cd25b492d6adda4cc3e7260d0c875fbcad33d CRs-Fixed: 1084279
