composer: In DestroyPluggableDisplay use sequence lock Use SEQUENCE_WAIT_SCOPE_LOCK in DestroyPluggableDisplay so we wait for any other ongoing commits to finish before we destroy display. Change-Id: Ic99aa5632f1a4c5247a841108e42bd39eff6cb00
