Partially fix 1820187 by using RIL_CallOld since we're not yet fully switched to the new ril.h. This is only partially fixed because there is an opposite problem with getSIMStatus in reference-ril.c. Here we should be returning the new RIL_CardStatus but we're returning the just the integer. This will be fixed in a subsequent Change.
