Correct the resynchronization sequence in case of chained frame. If a S(RESYNCH) request is performed by the DH to recover from a transmission error, the whole frame need to be re-sent to the SE. Bug: 160305311 Test: Manual Change-Id: I4e2f08c38aadd5b96ca0a5894bebd5a2e1ce92a2
