Add Java 6's new PipedReader/PipedInputStream constructors. Also bring back the latest harmony java6 branch tests, and modify them to pass with our deliberate [spec-compliant] exception changes. Bug: 2497395 Change-Id: Ifb3f9bf48f8eec4120f9e59b03beb3969cfe0cd3
