Rewrite our file inclusion logic. Avoids painful greps, and forces all files in the list to be valid and named by absolute path relative to libcore. This is the foundation for changing our API stub generation procedure, where we'll need the same list of files. Change-Id: I2bd31b850de13706e42c2ce3dd5cbd4dc3facef0
