Add Bouncy Castle to classpath in run-libcore-tests. Most security-related tests are failing unless Bouncy Castle is in the classpath because they create a KeyStore of algorithm "BKS". Change-Id: I8138523015f2e281f25b3210b43c71ebff1bf804
