Build core-simple against core.intra.stubs Now we can prevent the droidstubs rule that generates the core.intra.stubs from depending on core-oj / core-libart it's possible to build core-simple against core.intra.stubs without introducing a cycle. This means we can prove that core-simple only depends on itself and core.intra.stubs without needing the checkdeps build rule.
