EmptyArray restrict non-SDK API to apps targeting <= Q. In a future version of Android, these fields will likely be deleted / blacklisted altogether. Even now, there should be no reason for an app to depend on these. It's likely that the existing @UnsupportedAppUsage annotation is based on a false positive or outdated.
