Fix UnmodifiableEntrySet.toArray() ordering toArray() was returning entries in reverse order. toArray(T[]) was correct. Thanks to Chris Povirk for discovering. The fix is simple. Change includes additional tests to avoid regressions. Test & support code has been cleaned up a little to improve coverage and make it (slightly) less horrible.
