StrictJarFileTest: Make sure zero length files are handled correctly Modifying a .jar file and replacing a file with a zero length file should invalidate the JAR signature. Add an explicit test. Bug: 24341122 Change-Id: I872a554dda9af55b8160e3c57467faa382a0f33e
