Ed25519: Indicate Android Keystore supports it
Cherry-Pick Note: Keystore Ed25519 support apparently back-ported to S QPR3, so ART and Conscrypt MTS may or may not see it depending on base OS version (second cherry-pick in this chain will make it optional).
Indicate Android Keystore supports Ed25519, to fix libcore.java.security.ProviderTest.
