Remove StrictJarFile from ClassPathURLStreamHandler StrictJarFile was moved from libcore to framework/base (licensing reasons) and in no longer accessible in the ClassPathURLStreamHandler. I replaced it using JarFile class. + ZipFile compatibility fix, openjdk ZipFile#getInputStream was not fine with directory entries without "/" suffix (returning null), fixed a flag to deal with them like in previous impl.
