Remove a couple of bogus test cases from SecureRandom2Test. These were tests of (borderline bad) behaviour that only the Harmony Crypto providers offered. None of this is behaviour that we want to carry forward so it's easiest to get rid of the tests. Change-Id: Ie0b0da3e540ac4fc261050de2200097ea1880a37
