Image Plane Proxy for Image Content Testability Adds in an Image Plane wrapper level so that image content can be decoupled from the native Android Image objects whose constructors are privated and cannot be extended. Change-Id: Ia16418d18010e672f6c3e5db64bb7f6a9b3b2f3e
