Apply AE fps range workaround also for rear camera In Android 10 with the new rear camera auto exposure doesn't work well in dark environments. The workaround we already have for the front cameras also resolves this issue. Issue: FP2A10-170 Change-Id: I771f611a728addbb99e21d219afe7a632cd5504e
