Fix UI update execution on binder thread Because the CarVolumeCallback executes on a binder thread, there was some strange UI issues when updating the volume preferences. Now when the UI needs to be updated, it is called on the UI thread. Bug: 154249219 Test: manual Change-Id: I13090f175dd0685a90160566730d9475d72579c2
