Convert CarAlertDialogs to AlertDialogs.

This is so that Dialogs can use the device default themes rather than
using the hard coded themes in CarAlertDialogs.

Note that this does cause UI differences. Some of the main ones:
- Font difference
- Spacing difference
- Button order swapped
- etc

We are considering this WAI, since the properties should use the device
default themes anyways.
