Deleting AccountHelper. Refactoring User/Account fragments in Settings to support list refreshing. AccountHelper is not necessary since AuthenticatorHelper has all of the functionality. Updated refreshing capability to USerAndAccountFragment and ChooseAccountFragment to refresh the UI when accounts are updated.
