Implementing new selection policies in Contacts 1. Selection is now persistent per filter 2. If there is no selection or selection not in the list, display the first item on the list 3. After creating a new contact or per user request select the newly created contact in the list. If it is not in the list, change filter to "Contact" and display that contact by itself.
