Create a new temp file after contact photo is updated So that subsequent photo selections (either take new photo or choose new photo) add a new uri/bitmap pair to the cache. In the full contact editor this happens when we bindEditors is called after a photo is selected -- which leads to all PhotoHandlers being recreated.
