Alarms created via intents should default to vibrating Bug: 27118693 This is mandated by android.provider.AlarmClock.EXTRA_VIBRATE. Also added a test case so this type of regression is less likely in the future. Change-Id: Ie24e849bccdd77924a54009dfdc76d0ff02b1bd9
