Action bar is no longer visible in dialpad search after configuartion change. If a user, for example, opened dialpad search then entered multiwindow mode, the actionbar would be visible and search results maligned. This change corrects that by updating it's state once possible. Test: manual PiperOrigin-RevId: 177497979 Change-Id: I41d4910b5bb92e29623960e7d4741a9a961e5b9e
