IMS: CallLogs: Dialer requirements for UI 1.8+

Shows various icons in call logs to imply that the call made
is a CS, VoLTE, VoWifi ViWiFi or ViLTE call. Call log entries
in Recents tab will show the icon based on the type of latest call
in that entry.
