Polish app => recents animation (4/5) Add the vertical ease in component to the app => recents animation. In addition to animating over all task views, this should also animate over the closing app surface so that the surface movement matches the thumbnail as it moves to cover it. As a result, we take in the transformation matrix thats passed in to the app surface and apply the vertical motion to it.
