Handle the Settings.DEVICE_NAME_SETTINGS intent. Historically, Settings hasn't had this intent because no screen was able to change the device name. Until now! Bug: 63819909 Test: Manual Change-Id: I99ffba9934bf5fb47ec1b5a8f37868e16cc0b08c
