In output switcher, the name of the device disappears for a brief period, which makes it seem like the devices are swapping positions. -Add "disableRecyclerViewItemAnimator" style to disable animation Bug: 152605598 Test: manual test Change-Id: Ibb43231d8734a4f20d13fc014eaa6c9142064e20
