Fix font colors for activated conversation item view items. By pre-creating and caching the activated and regular subject layouts, we dont have to create these object at draw time. Also fixes that the subject/ snippet didn't change to the activated color (white) when the user tapped them on tablet, but the senders did Change-Id: Idcb45b84dec5d375b0f38723251eb4d143911c59
