When the folder changes, immediately restart the conversation list loader. When the account changes, neither settings or folder are valid, so null them out and wait for the cursor loaders that are kicked off to restart! hmm I WAS doing this... Change-Id: Ic4832c436675ce7f354da6a16934445e1dba9182
