improve conversation appearance Remove debugging gray regions and round corners-- I'm now satisfied that dpi-conversion drift is not a concern. Hack in better hardcoded header spacer heights on tablet. Change-Id: If552c2199bdf6aa8765558a553a633411df4e2cd
