Swipe to refresh improvements - Add a 1dp white background underneath the blue bar to improve visibility on tablets - Animate the "swipe to refresh" text to slide in from above screen - Shrink the trigger bar on cancel (instead of hiding) - Change font and text color to blue - Fade out progress bar at the end of sync Bug 8733999 Change-Id: I4a4daceaff7de3cfa7c9f3d79a804c44dfb0f0eb
