conversation activity plumbing Short circuit UI usage of unnecessary ConversationColumns.URI indirection. Conversation view can be passed a model from the list view rather than querying again. Add Conversation parcelable to be a model that the UI can pass around. Fix minor misc issues. Change-Id: Ifdbdc914d1522066bfce757e1237caa67d85fea2
