remove the unpopular intra-word rule It kicked in too often to warrant fixing 1% of unbreakable long email signatures. Maybe we could bring it back if it could be properly scoped, but I haven't figured out a good scoping rule yet. Bug: 7400516 Change-Id: Id15ca8ec45783182d2c0fedd211a9b449ad12bb0
