Launch FullPreviewActivity for 2-panels Settings 1. Launch full preview in a new activity and task whenever setting is in 2-panels mode, the back key will route to previous activity so it's not always settings activity. 2. Update clippings of launcher rendering to show top area to avoid clipping widgets, for bottom area, clip overlapping app icons.
