Add support for SdkProviderClassName property Adds support for an sdk provider class name property, which may be added to the manifest of a package which declares an <sdk-library>. This tag indicates the class which implements the SdkProvider interface within the SDK. If this property is not set or is empty, an error will be thrown at load time.
