[FP5-3126] [WiFi]FP5 can't connect 802.1x network
*Root Cause
This is a regression from vTW11, and "config_wifiAllowInsecureEnterpriseConfigurationsForSettingsAndSUW" default is false.
*Solution
enable the config "config_wifiAllowInsecureEnterpriseConfigurationsForSettingsAndSUW" to true
*Test Steps
Unit test OK for peap/ttls with "Do not validate" option
*Test Result
ok
