Fix CallLogProviderTest Test cases has not been updated for a while. + Check userHandle == USER_SYSTEM and isManagedProfile() instead of isSameProfileGroup() in syncEntriesFromPrimaryUser(). + Check LAST_MODIFIED for CRUD operation on Calls table. + Calls.ADD_FOR_ALL_USERS = 1 defaulted to getTestCallLogValues() Change-Id: I19a10e5a26951dae69a1481f142d6c398b56e09a
