Mark voicemail as not new if it is updated as read The voicemail notifications are tracking new voicemails. Once the voicemail is set as read on the server it should no longer be treated as new. ACTION_NEW_VOICEMAIL will also be broadcasted when this event happens + Raise performance logging of VoicemailContentProvider.onCreate to INFO as it should be related to b/29837276 Change-Id: Ic57bcbc6e8c0e61e1fe741ac1518bd5c6535fd7f Fixes: 30105817 Bug: 29837276
