Make sure we can resolve the internal volume as well. This wasn't found previously due to a bug introduced in an earlier change, causing us to not scan the internal volume. Bug: 186723177 Test: Inspect Ringtone in Settings, verify it's present Change-Id: I6aeb39d2f8192afa14e01193ab9a7823d4cd5500
