Update SIM info table to have strings for mcc mnc Add two columns, mcc_string and mnc_string. Add upgrade code to migrate the old integer mcc/mncs over to the strings. Test: manual, unit Bug: 35064313 Change-Id: I7f8d683fe9b883847fbb7bb161433612063a05f1
