Handles SessionToken in CarEvsCameraPreviewActivity. - Splits the part to request to start Evs in the seperate CarEvsCameraActivity. - Fixes CarEvsService to handle SessionToken correctly. - Removes isNewFrameAvailables() which can cause the concurrency problem and throwing the exception. - If CarEvsServices goes to Inactive with 'null' callback (triggered by VHAL), it will remove all registered callbacks and stop. Native (C++) code format is required to be compatible with .clang-format file. Run
git clang-format --style=file --extension='h,cpp,cc' HEAD~
Note that clang-format is not desirable for Android java files. Therefore the command line above is limited to specific extensions.
