refactor car libs - all car libs moved to car-libs (not libvehiclenetwork as this is not car lib) - top level car library is just car which pulls car-core and car-ui. - car apps should include car-libs/car.mk to use resource for car-ui. - apps only sing car-ui can include car-libs/car-ui/car-ui.mk.
