Fix CarService leak in ActivityBlockingActivity

Properly disconnect from CarService to prevent ServiceConnectionLeaked

Test: Dismiss ActivityBlockingActivity and verify no error log
1) Open a non-DO app, like the DataCenter app
2) Put device into drive state
$ adb shell dumpsys activity service com.android.car inject-vhal-event 0x11400400 8 && adb shell dumpsys activity service com.android.car inject-vhal-event 0x11600207 30
3) Press the app launcher so that the ABA is dismissed

Native (C++) code format is required to be compatible with .clang-format file. Run

git clang-format --style=file --extension='h,cpp,cc' HEAD~

Note that clang-format is not desirable for Android java files. Therefore the command line above is limited to specific extensions.
