Removing the older Trusted device AIDLs. These are not being used anymore and this functionality will be supported as paer of the car service with new car-lib APIs. Bug: 122038688 Test: build and flash Change-Id: Icdb2697c11048e2589161f067ef7f11cb1ca2581
