Updates the hvac fragment of the Kitchen Sink app.
- Adds buttons for changing the temperature on both sides.
- Adds a button for toggling hvac power.
- Adds a button for toggling auto air recirculation.
- Adds a button for toggling the temperature display unit.
- Adds a button for turning on hvac power and AC simultaneously.
- Catches exceptions thrown when hvac power is off.
