Create AAE watchdog - AAE watchdog will do health check against vhal, vendor services, car service, and vendor apps. - This CL is to start Watchdog implementation by adding makefile and interface definition. - High-level and detailed design docs are found at go/aae-watchdog-and-recovery and go/aae-watchdog-dd. Native (C++) code format is required to be compatible with .clang-format file. Run
git clang-format --style=file --extension='h,cpp,cc' HEAD~
Note that clang-format is not desirable for Android java files. Therefore the command line above is limited to specific extensions.
