Moves car_audio_configuration.xml out of CarService package Allows OEM to overlay the configuration in - /vendor/etc/ (recommended) - /system/etc/ respectively (CarAudioService reads from the first hit only) Bug: 121273516 Test: adb shell dumpsys car_service | grep -A72 CarAudioService Change-Id: Iea3702a9767f412f0597846832283e89d733e13f
