Disable background dex optimization in AAE - Dex opt of some APKs takes more than 10 secs, which leads to watchdog kill or slow user interaction. - In AAE, background dex optimization will be disabled to mitigate the these issues. Bug: 142901145 Test: Enter garage mode and make sure that there is no dex optimization. Native (C++) code format is required to be compatible with .clang-format file. Run
git clang-format --style=file --extension='h,cpp,cc' HEAD~
Note that clang-format is not desirable for Android java files. Therefore the command line above is limited to specific extensions.
