Update EVS sample driver service name. Reduce log spam. Moves several log messages for 'D' to 'V' channel. Updates sample driver to register as EvsEnumeratorHw so as not to conflict with the EvsEnumeratorHw-Mock supplied by the 'default' mock EVS driver.
