Change service owner of bootstat in car init.rc - bootstat specified in init.bootstat.rc under car_production is started as root:root. - but, the folder, /data/misc/bootstat, is owned and writable by only system:log. - this CL will make bootstat in init.bootstat.rc started as system:log. Bug: 138412765 Test: Check if car_service_created is created under /data/misc/bootstat. Native (C++) code format is required to be compatible with .clang-format file. Run
git clang-format --style=file --extension='h,cpp,cc' HEAD~
Note that clang-format is not desirable for Android java files. Therefore the command line above is limited to specific extensions.
